“Nothing can separate me from God’s love,” said Rosie.

“What about the Grand Canyon?” asked the rabbit.

“No,” said Rosie.

“What about a tummy ache?” asked the grizzly bear.

“Nope,” Rosie said with a smile.

“How about the Mississippi River?” asked the fox.

Rosie laughed. “Not a chance.”

“I bet a pack of wolves could keep you apart,” said the deer.

“Never,” said Rosie, her eyes big and bright.

“The Atlantic Ocean!” said the dog. “Surely that could separate you.”

“Of course not,” Rosie said in a loud voice.

“A hurricane?” asked the seagull.

“Absolutely not!”

“A bully?” asked the goose.

“Uh-uh!”

“I bet all the times you were bad could get in the way,” said the cat.

“They can’t.”

“Fine then,” they all said together. “Can any person or problem or the end of the world separate you?”

“No, nothing,” said Rosie, full of joy. “Nothing can separate me from God’s love.”
